You Capture: America

To quote our first amendment rights as citizens of the USA “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

One of my favorite things about living here is the freedom to practice religion, even if yours doesn’t agree with mine you have the right to believe what you want to. I am a Christian, we can talk more about what that means later but for now I’m proud to be and American Christian.

As I said earlier you have the right to believe any religion  you choose, I don’t believe Christ is still dead on the cross I believe he is alive and well in heaven but this crucifix is a gorgeous piece of artwork that MAC’s grandfather brought back from one of his many mission trips to Korea.

Thanks for the comment…This land was made from Gods hands…I am thankful I can capture it, enjoy it, live it, all in his glory.

Hey there, thanks so much for stopping by. I love your take on capturing America; very different, but so true. I too am a proud American Christian and grateful for the right to freely worship God. I guess sometimes we take these things for granted.

Love the details on the crucifix. Where is the USA sign from?

Beautiful! I love Christ and am thankful that here in Canada I still have the freedom to serve Him.

Nice job staging and capturing your America shots. They’re very symbolic and beautiful.

I love how you staged your shots. That’s a beautiful cross! My hubby just brought home some metalwork (including a cross) from Haiti and I love that it’s a reminder of God’s love for everyone!
