Lets be honest we all have excuses in our marriage. We are too busy with life to have a date night. We are tired from the day so its OK to be crabby with our spouse. We have too much to do around the house to take time out and talk to our spouse.
What ever the excuse is it stops here, I’m not going to be perfect, I’m going to keep making excuses but I’m going to consciously work on it and try to drastically reduce the number of them.

So my plants died yesterday, it was my own fault. I was trying to acclimate them to the weather and forgot about them…oops. So unfortunately those were a fail. But the garden will go on. The theme of this week is no excuses and this is no exception.
So the plan now is simple.
May 3rd I’m going to plant my Herb seedlings and Green Bean Seedlings
May 7th or 14th I will buy my pepper and tomato plants (either at the farmers market or a garden store.) And keep them growing strong and work on hardening.
In keeping with my post yesterday this is a week full of no excuses here is why I didn’t post about Easter.
Easter is a BIG deal to me, it is truly the basis of my faith. But I didn’t think I could do it justice. I know I write a blog but the fact is I don’t feel that eloquent with words. Then today, after my “No Excuses post I realized just how silly that was…so here it goes.
Jesus died for MY sins, that is why I celebrate Easter. He died and then 3 days later rose again, this is the entire basis of my faith. Without Jesus taking on my sins and dying on the cross, I would not be forgiven. Grace would not exist if it wasn’t for His death and without grace, There is just no way anyone could be ‘good enough’ to get into heaven.
