A few years ago my cousin Hannah found out she had a ‘gluten problem.’ Since then we have also learned that my hubby does better if we eliminate or minimize as much of the ‘problem foods’ as we can from our diet. For Mac that means lactose, gluten and any heart burn inducing foods.
Lucky for us Hannah has done a lot of the learning for us, also lucky for us she is too busy with collage to start her own blog, so guess who she is sharing with! Thanks Hannah!
Dessert Hummas {3 Ways}

3-4 Tbsp peanut butter or nut butter
3-4 Tbsp agave nectar or honey (I used honey)
1/3 cup chocolate chips of your choice (I used dark chocolate)
1-3 Tbsp water or milk ( I used a little bit of almond milk)
Combine everything except the water/milk and chocolate chips in a blender (or Ninja!)
add water/milk as needed to get the consistency you want
stir in chocolate chips
Line a pan with foil and spread half of the dip in the pan, add frozen yogurt or ice cream, freeze to set, add remaining dip on top and freeze again
Add oats (about 1/4 cup), roll into balls and freeze
